How long is the corporate program duration?

Our group programs are available as 6 month and 12 month commitments to ensure both employers and groups receive the full benefits.

Can I make payment arrangements?

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. Our goal is to make sure our services are within reach for everyone. If an employer prefers monthly installments or billing, you can opt for a payment plan via Klarna.

Who will I be working with?

We have specialty nutritionists and advisors assigned to each company to best suit your needs. Based on the program purchased or your intake information, we will have specific recommendations. You can request a free discovery call and meet our staff here.

What if I don’t go to the gym?

We focus on nutrition and habits, and we offer recommended daily movement or cardio goals. Although strength training is recommended, you do not have to workout or be an athlete for our wellness programs. We focus on whole-family sustainability.

What if I don’t like my advisor?

Communication is key- your success is largely dependent on your comfort and ability to freely communicate with your coach or advisor. If you feel it may not be a good fit, please contact our account manager immediately and we will make sure to get you set up with an alternate advisor who better suits your preferences.

How do I become an individual client?

Our services are only provided to partnering practices and businesses so we can provide exclusive pricing, and train advisors and nutritionists for each organization’s needs. If you are not affiliated with any of our current providers, you can inquire for services through our coaching program here.

Do you offer refunds?
