How do I become a client?

Our services are only provided to partnering practices and businesses so we can provide exclusive pricing, and train advisors and nutritionists for each organization’s needs. If you are not affiliated with any of our current providers, you can inquire for services through our coaching program here.

Do you offer long-term packages?

All nutrition programs are sold month-to-month with no required time commitment. You will receive your next monthly invoice 30 days after your plan begins. If you would like to purchase a 3-month, 6-month, or a one-year discounted package, please contact our account manager here.

Can I make payment arrangements?

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. Our goal is to make sure our services are within reach for everyone. We accept all major credit cards, and you can opt for a payment plan via Klarna upon check out. If you need further assistance with payment or long-term packages, please contact our account manager.

Who will I be working with?

We have specialty nutritionists and advisors assigned to each company to best suit your needs. Based on the program purchased or your intake information, we will have specific recommendations. You can request a free discovery call and meet our staff here.

What if I don’t go to the gym?

We focus on nutrition and habits, and we offer recommended daily movement or cardio goals. Although strength training is recommended, you do not have to workout or be an athlete for our nutrition programs. We focus on whole-family sustainability. If you are an athlete, we will ensure you are paired with a sports or performance nutrition specialist.

What if I don’t like my advisor?

Communication is key- your success is largely dependent on your comfort and ability to freely communicate with your coach or advisor. If you feel it may not be a good fit, please contact us immediately and we will make sure to get you set up with an alternate advisor who better suits your preferences.

Do you offer refunds?
