M&M has two nutrition modules designed for First Response Wellness patients to optimize their results through sustainable nutrition plans. Our goal is to help improve both health and body composition through dietary/supplement changes. Speak to your provider or patient care advocate to see which program best suits your needs! Once a program is selected, you will receive an e-mail within 24 business hours to schedule a discovery call with your new nutrition coach as well as an invite to our client portal. GLP/HRT Support Module
This is our nutrition program created for patients of First Response Wellness to optimize both health and performance. This program includes formal weekly check-ins with coach feedback, macro or plan adjustments, preferred food lists, supplement protocols based on labs or biofeedback (if applicable), recommended cardio protocols (if applicable.) All macros, plans, and supplements are curated based on current habits and custom to your needs and performance requirements. This allows greater flexibility for sustainability focusing on overall health and wellness, which also leads to higher compliance rates. Our plans are custom, and this module is very hands-on and offers a high degree of accountability.
REGISTERED DIETITIAN MODULE
This option is our recommendation for those dealing with notable food relationship issues or chronic health issues, or those that require a medically-tailored meal plan. This module is highly customized and uses a holistic approach to improve health markers. This is ideal when goals extend beyond body composition, and health concerns or food relationships take priority.
All of these modules are created for patients working under First Response Wellness. We do not have any required contracts or minimum time period, services are month-to-month and you may cancel at any time. All programs are auto-invoiced (not auto-draft) every 30 days unless otherwise specified., please check spam e-mail folders. Please contact us for custom package invoices for 3 and 6 month services.
