MACRO MODULE

This is our macro module nutrition programming designed for LB Strength and Fitness athletes to optimize performance both in and out of the gym! This program includes formal weekly check-ins with coach feedback, macro adjustments, preferred food lists, supplement protocol (if applicable), pre and post workout meal structuring guidelines, cardio protocol (if applicable), and bloodwork analysis if needed. We have access to the athlete's current workout cycle for nutrition adjustment based on weekly/daily lift structure. All macros and supplements are calculated based on current habits and custom to the lifter's needs and performance. This allows greater flexibility for sustainability focusing on overall health and wellness, which also leads to higher compliance rates.

STRUCTURED MODULE

This option also includes formal weekly check-ins and everything noted above. However, this may be a better alternative for someone seeking a set meal plan, has a history of food relationship struggles, does not understand macros, or someone needing intensive oversight. This is also ideal for competitors on a strict deadline to meet a weight class they are not currently in. Although all plans are custom and individual, this module is very hands-on and offers a high degree of accountability.

Both of these modules are created for LB Strength athletes only. We do not have any required contracts or minimum time period, you may cancel at any time. Please provide notice (5) business days before invoices are due to guarantee cancellation.
